Tony Pelletier
Principal / Co-Founder
Mr. Pelletier currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamo Resources, LLC. His track record as a successful energy executive encompasses a diverse spectrum of technical, economic and senior management experience in both major oil company and independent company environments.
Prior to co-founding Alamo Resources, his assignments included:

At Cabot, Mr. Pelletier directed all exploration and production activity for the company’s fastest growing and most profitable production region at the time. His tenure at PetroCorp saw him rise from the company’s Chief Reservoir Engineer to its Executive VP & COO. During this time, the company grew from a small, privately-held, start-up entity into a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange; with net production in excess of 6,000 Net BOEPD. Assets were located in eight U.S. states plus the province of Alberta, Canada.
A Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Mr. Pelletier earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he also earned a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. A Distinguished Military Graduate, he was also a recipient of the J. Earl Rudder Award, as one of the two outstanding graduates in his class. At Texas A&M, Mr. Pelletier is a past Vice-Chairman of the Mechanical Engineering Department’s Industry Advisory Council; and has also served as Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for the Center for Science & Mathematics Education at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. In 2013, he was named to Who’s Who in Energy by the Houston Business Journal.
Carl Campbell
Principal / Co-Founder
As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Alamo Resources, LLC, Mr. Campbell has extensive industry experience in the Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain Regions of the United States and Canada. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in producing property acquisitions and divestitures totaling in excess of $750 Million.

An alumnus of the University of Oklahoma and a Certified Petroleum Landman (CPL), he has also been an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL); Canadian Association of Professional Landmen (CAPL); Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL); Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA); and the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA).
Mr. Campbell was elected to the Board of Directors of the HAPL in 2004 and is a Past-President of the organization. He served as the 2nd Vice-President of the AAPL and is a Past Chairman of the NAPE Operators Committee and the NAPE Advisory Board. The North American Prospect Expo (NAPE) is the largest upstream conference in the energy industry. Separately, he served as Vice-Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for Angel Flight South Central, a non-profit organization that provides free air transportation of patients for medical and humanitarian purposes.
In 2011, he was honored as the HAPL’s Landman of the Year. The next year, the Texas Independent Producers Organization (TIPRO) selected Mr. Campbell as one of the Top Producers in the Landman category of awards. He was selected as a finalist for the top 100 most influential Houston business leaders in the energy industry in 2013; and was named to Who’s Who in Energy by the Houston Business Journal in 2014. Most recently, in 2018, he was received the Landman of the Year Award from the AAPL.
Spencer Stasney
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stasney currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Alamo Resources, LLC. Prior to joining Alamo, Mr. Stasney was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lift Energy Partners, LLC (“Lift”). Lift was a non-operated exploration and production company with assets in the Bend Arch Area of North Texas, growing to be one of the largest acreage holders in the play with over 65,000 acres under contract. Along with many other duties at Lift, he handled all financial responsibilities at the company.
Prior to co-founding Lift, Mr. Stasney was a Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Energy Banking Group at BBVA Compass. As a corporate banker in charge of deal sourcing, business development, and client relationship management, Mr. Stasney managed a portfolio of over 45 upstream and midstream clients with total commitments of over $1.1 billion. Along with providing first lien revolving line of credit capital, Mr. Stasney assisted in providing additional services including commodity hedging, capital markets transactions, and cash management services to his clients. His client coverage included companies that were small, private enterprises, to large, diversified public corporations with headquarters in Houston, Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Austin.
Mr. Stasney began his career working for his family’s oil and gas company in Albany, Texas. He worked as the CFO and interim general manager of the company supervising its operations and employees.
Mr. Stasney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He then went on to receive his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a specialization in private equity from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Mr. Stasney is a member of the Houston Producers Forum, the North Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Mr. Stasney served as the First Vice President of the Board of Trustees for Chinquapin Prep (the only college-prep, boarding school in Texas for economically disadvantaged students), a committeeman for the Calf Scramble Arena Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and as the Past President of the Board of the Bayou Breakfast Club. He resides in Houston with his wife and four children.
J. Mark Bunch, P.E.
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Bunch currently serves as the VP of Engineering for Alamo Resources III, LLC. His experience includes more than 30 years in the upstream E&P space; encompassing roles that range from purely technical to senior management in small and large companies alike.
Prior to joining the Alamo team in 2020, Mr. Bunch founded Dantoria Energy, LLC in 2018; a firm that provided upstream consulting services including reservoir and production engineering, operations optimization, financial modeling and acquisition screening and analysis for a variety of clients.

Mr. Bunch is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi (national engineering honor society) and Pi Epsilon Tau (petroleum engineering honor society). He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Society of Independent Petroleum Earth Scientists.
Jay Ayrer
Lead Geoscientist
Mr. Ayrer currently serves as the Lead Geoscientist for Alamo Resources III, LLC. He is an upstream E&P professional with more than 7 years of geologic and geophysical experience in exploration, development and acquisitions & divestitures.
Prior to joining the Alamo team in 2020, he served in a multitude of roles with Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation. As a member of its Business Development and Exploration teams, he supported the analysis & identification of asset divestitures, company evaluations and exploration opportunities in multiple basins that included:

In addition to his BD responsibilities at Cabot, Mr. Ayrer worked as a member of its operations and development team. He served as the company’s lead geologist on a multi-disciplinary team focused on the Eagle Ford. He has extensive well planning and geosteering experience in the Eagle Ford, Delaware Basin and the Marcellus.
Mr. Ayrer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience from Pennsylvania State University and Master of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
